Red Fox and Cub Drawing

As an artist, sometimes you dislike what you create. Sometimes, as you’re working, a drawing can make you feel like the worst artist ever. This fox drawing was one of those drawings. Several times during the process of laying down layers of Prismacolor pencil, I wanted to give up on it. To walk away and leave it unfinished, which I did twice. I always came back around, though. After a few days. A week. With new eyes, I was able to power through and finish. In the end, I like the result.
