I’m sitting here sipping my coffee and watching Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, and I started thinking about how much I’m grateful for. It’s been quite a year. Not always a good one. But through the pain in my hip and the stresses of my job, I’m still in good spirits. I’ve been able to spend time with family this year and was reunited with some old friends. I may not be traveling to see family for this holiday, but I’ll be having dinner with friends later. I’ve spent my fair share of Thanksgiving holidays alone so I’m thankful to have someone to share dinner and pie with.
